Commercial Storm Damage

This commercial property had a storm drain on their roof backup causing the rain to come through the ceiling.

You can see that in this room there was a lot of wet material and the flooring which became very filthy. The good news is that linoleum is fairly easy to clean. The bad news is that the water came through the walls which needed to be dried.

In the second picture you can see that flooring cleaned very nicely. The staff of the commercial property were very thankful as the flooring had not looked so great in a long time.
