The Woodlands Soot Covered Business

Soot damage is caused when smoke has filled an area and is then stuck to the walls. The soot looks as if it's running because the firefighters did wet the area to keep it from burning. The running of the water does not help with the clean up as much as one would hope.

The business manager had called their insurance and was referred to SERVPRO as we were a national vendor for their office spaces which helped him feel more at ease.

The walls in the business looked great after we were finished. Cleaning the soot also made a big difference when it came to getting rid of the smoke odor.
