Upstairs Room Damaged by Water.
This upstairs room was damaged by water after a heavy rain. The homeowners did not know that part of the seal on their window was damaged in the corner letting in water. The wet drywall was removed to help with the drying process.
There was enough water that came through that we also needed to remove the flooring and pad. The first picture shows the wet drywall and flooring after we removed the floor. The second picture shows how the floor had already dried some while we were tearing out the drywall.
