Pipe Leak Water Mitigation The Woodlands, Texas

Due to a pipe leak located in the upstairs bathroom, this home experienced slight flooding and ceiling damage. The pipe leak caused the water to travel downstairs, damaging the kitchen ceiling with extremely wet drywall. SERVPRO’s number one priority was to remove the saturated drywall ceiling and insulation to mitigate the water leak and prevent any future damage from occurring. In addition to the removal of the drywall, they utilized our specialized drying equipment to dry the structure and any salvageable drywall/ insulation that was left. They finished the job by assuring the house was ready for the reconstruction and installation of the drywall ceiling.
