Commercial Storm Damage in Shenandoah, TX

This Shenandoah company had a leaky roof due to the resent storms. The roof leak ended up being quite an extensive job as water came through the ceiling behind the cabinets. We removed the toe kick in order to get airflow behind them.

The walls needed to be dried out for a few days but it was caught in time to keep mold from growing. Mold can take between 24-48 hours to grow but if drying equipment is placed quickly enough then it will not have enough moisture to grow.

As seen in the second picture the flooring is clean and disinfected. The owner of the company was very thankful and said he would call us again if he had any other problems in the future.
