Company Suffers Storm Damage

The amount of sand that had washed up into this commercial building shows that the storm and flooding really did a number on this company. Many of the rooms and halls looked like the first picture. It took many SERVPRO crew chiefs and technicians to get all the sand out just so we could start the work of removing wet materials.

The second picture shows the gutted building. It was important to remove the wet materials to help dry out the rest of the building that could be salvaged. Metal studs are common for commercial buildings as they dry quickly and do not grow mold when wet.
