Kevin and Oscar were with us from start to finish on a demo job after Hurricane Laura. House needed most of the walls and ceiling removed and then house dried out. Good communication of the process throughout the project. They did all this while driving back and forth daily.

We had such a positive experience with Rashad Kennedy and his team from SERVPRO. We had suspected mold and Rashad was able to pinpoint the problem and treat the mold in a timely manner. They each come highly recommended, as they each are super professional, hard working, and we felt like they were always honest about our situation. They made us feel looked out for and had compassion on us and towards what we had endured. Those qualities are hard to find. This company has top notch employees. Fortunately, we are covered under warranty so I don't have input on financial value, but SERVPRO guys are awesome!

I have to tell you Keven and Mo were very professional and did a fantastic job. They came out on a Sunday and still had smile on their faces and took the job serious. I always ask a lot of questions and both Kevin and Mo answered them with ease. I would recommend SERVPRO and definitely want to give Kevin and Mo a big thank you for turning a bad situation into a positive.

Today Kevin and Mo with SERVPRO did an assessment of water damage caused by a roof leak at my house. Kevin did a thorough check of several walls and baseboards and provided immediate feedback. The good news for me is that most of the damage is only cosmetic and can be easily fixed. He also pointed me to one spot that retains moisture and needs further attention. He explained how it should be dried and repaired. He provided an estimate from SERVPRO to do the repair, and he also gave me some good advice in case I choose to fix it myself. I did have to pay for his assessment, and I found it was worth the small cost to have a professional evaluation and high quality advice. I would not hesitate to call SERVPRO again for their help. They were very responsive - I called them at 11 am and they stopped by only a few hours later.

Team Kevin and Monel are excellent! The are very conscientious, professional, thorough, tidy and first class all around!

Had a water leak in my kitchen and Kevin and Monel called me and let me know that they were coming from The Woodlands but they would be here within about two and a half hours, they got here right on time, they have been nothing but nice and kind and have done excellent work.

Felton Price and Aaron Ayala came out tonight to help me dry out from a water leak. I will admit that I was quite anxious about breaking my isolation to let anyone in my house, but I learned that they are taking the same precautions I am to protect themselves and their families. I felt as safe and comfortable with them as anyone can in these times. They were friendly, professional, and very thorough even though I trashed their evenings with their families. I will be asking for these two men to come back to do the monitoring and hopefully remove all of these blowers and dehumidifiers sooner rather than later! I have called SERVPRO before so I didn’t hesitate to call them this time (hopefully the last!!).

Felton Price was the tech who came to do moisture readings ordered by insurance. 5 stars to Felton for professional, friendly and informative service! He was very reassuring too!

Wonderful customer service with immediate call back. The staff was so nice and helpful; really went above and beyond.

I am in the middle of dealing with a roof leak that caused kitchen ceiling damage. My insurance company arranged for SERVPRO to come out and do an estimate. Sam showed up; he was friendly, personable, and thorough. He patiently answered all of my questions. A few days later, a team of 3 guys showed up to prepare the sheetrock and set up the equipment and get it running. They were friendly, polite, and professional. Today, Joe H. showed up to check on the equipment and measure the moisture levels. He was friendly, professional, and patient to answer my questions. I am very impressed with the SERVPRO employees. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their services.

I want to say that these people turned my bad situation into a very good one! I had a busted pipe in the wall of my bathroom  spewing water all day into the second floor of my home. It made a huge mess upstairs and down. I called SERVPRO of the Woodlands and they were there in less than an hour with two vehicles and three guys. Thanks to them I didn't have to even leave my house. Very professional people and  worked very well with each other.

I had a nasty pipe burst that caused 2ft of water in my bathroom. I gave SERVPRO a call and they arrived within 40 minutes. I was impressed with how much communication we had until they arrived, they even talked me through making sure no more water was leaking through.
